Fusion 4K XL
The Fusion 4K XL is a True Low Air Loss system full of unique features. The Fusion 4K XL offers two modalities of therapy, 1. Pulsation Therapy mode slightly increases air flow followed by a decrease of air flow and then repeats to constantly manage blood flow and aid in both the prevention and treatment of stage I-IV pressure injuries. 2. Static Therapy mode provides Low Air Loss therapy and Microclimate management with no cell movement.
A truly outstanding function of the Fusion 4K XL is the Auto Comfort feature which takes the guesswork out of programming; with the click of a button during setup the mattress sets optimal pressure according to patient’s weight distribution.

The Fusion 4K XL is also an ideal choice where microclimate management is concerned, as air gently blows underneath a vapor-permeable cover, wicking moisture away and keeping the skin at a healthy moisture level.

- Auto Firm Mattress Mode helps facilitate nursing care during dressing changes, repositioning, and transfers
- Upright Patient Mode adds support under the buttock region when the head of the bed is elevated
- Firm foam transfer borders aid in the ease and safety of self transfers and / or bedside ADLs

CONSTRUCTION 18 35”x 8” Denier Covered Polyurethane air cells set inside a foam crib. (18 41”x8” cells on the 48” mattress)
The foam crib creates the 3.5” transfer borders on each side of the air cells, as well as 3” foam border on the top and bottom of the cells.
The entire foam crib is covered in a disinfect able nylon fabric., + true LAL pump unit
